All media is failing with the following message. Error: Media upload has failed with error code 0.

This is almost certaintly an error on Instagram's side.

This seems to be resolved by Meta at some point over the weekend.

There is an issue affecting Facebook video feed posts. The error is on Facebook's side and we are awaiting the fix.

In the interim we can recommend posting videos as a Reel instead of to the Feed.
